Camp days: July 3, 2024 until August 24-25, 2024, Mon.-Fri. 8:30 pm — 5 pm.

Price $ 2500/ 8 weeks, $ 1500/ 4 weeks per child, Number of Kids Registration fee $100 Program location is Young Israel of Windsor Park,

I , the undersigned do herby volunteer my application for the attendance and participation of my child in Beth Gavriel Preschool programs services, summer program and do hereby assume full responsibility for all injuries, damages, death or losses that child may sustain or incur, if any, while attending/participating. I/child do hereby waive all claims against Beth Gavriel Preschool , owner, independent contractor and employees of Beth Gavriel Preschool, and any facility Beth Gavriel Preschool will attend and use, individually or otherwise, for any claims or injuries my child may sustain. I fully understand that any medical treatment given to my child will be first aid type only. I certify that my child is in good health and without injuries or physical disabilities. I consent that any Videos or pictures furnished by my child or taken of my child in connection with the program can be used for publicity, promotion, or television showing and waive compensation in regard thereto.
